At EOZ VR, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms for our products, including Tundra Trackers, EOZ Straps, and other accessories.

1. Tundra Trackers Warranty

We offer a comprehensive warranty for our Tundra Trackers that covers any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by us, we will, at no charge, repair or replace the defective product.

Coverage:

  • The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the Tundra Trackers.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse.

How to Make a Claim:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any other requested information.
  • If the product is deemed eligible for warranty service, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

2. EOZ Straps Warranty

Our EOZ Straps come with a warranty period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to improper use or alterations made to the straps.

Coverage:

  • The warranty applies to any defects that compromise the integrity or function of the EOZ Straps.
  • The warranty does not extend to any accessories or other items used in conjunction with the EOZ Straps.

Claim Process:

  • To file a warranty claim for EOZ Straps, please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect to our customer support team.
  • We will assess the claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or other resolution.

3. Other Accessories Warranty

All other accessories sold by [Your Company Name] are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective accessory.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not apply to consumable items or accessories that have been damaged due to user negligence, accidents, or modifications.

Returns and Refunds

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ensure a smooth return process.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed, and the deducted fees will be communicated to you.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Support for further assistance. If the parcel has left our warehouse by the time we process your request, we may not be able to recall the parcel. How do I modify the shipping address after making an order?
