Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Upon receiving your confirmation email:
We will process all orders are processed within 48 hours (Usually less than 24hours) if your orders are placed between Mondays to Thursdays.
If your orders are placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we will process your order first thing on Monday morning (GMT+8hrs)
If your orders are placed on a public holiday, we will process it on the next business day.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you see your shipping status is delivered, and you don't see your goods, please don't worry! Read below:
For some international shipping orders, sometimes our shipping agent will forward it to the fastest courier who can provide the last-mile delivery more efficiently. In that case, the shipping status could show up as "DELIVERED", check your shipping history/details. You may have a new tracking number or status in the tracking details. Please see the example below!
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you see your status as "DELIVERED" but you do not see any updates like the one below in the picture.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
EOZVR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
After items have been shipped and tracking number has been assigned, please first work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues.
