Conditions of sale for Pre-Loved and Refurbished SW5, SW7 Dongles

Pre-Loved and Refurbished Dongles are sold as-is. We will not entertain any returns or refunds. Some dongles will have scratches/marks on their plastic outer shell and it is not exchangable.

- Pre-Loved and Refurbished Dongles are repaired and tested with 3 trackers ONLY!
- All of them are verified to be tracking well and stable with 3 trackers.
- You connect 4,5,6,7 trackers at your own risk and we do not entertain any returns or refunds! (AGAIN, at your own risk) 
- Physically and electronically, they are the same version that was released with the Kickstarter, back in 2021.
- In our testing, some does run warmer than others.
- These are not to be used inside the frunk of the Valve Index.
- We have provided 1 X USB-A extension cable, we highly recommend using that to connect to your PC and use it

The Super Wireless Dongle is capable of connecting to multiple SteamVR devices. There are two available versions, SW3 and SW4:

* SW3 will connect to up to Three SteamVR Devices

* SW4 will connect to up to Four SteamVR Devices.

The dongles have a USB Type-A connector and include a 1m long USB-A Extension cable.

We recommend using the extension cable with the dongle and placing it on a non-metallic surface with the Tundra Labs logo facing upward.
